The bag material or fabric media is an important part of bag house design and selection, as it determines the life and effectiveness of the filter bag. Fabric filter media must be compatible both physically and chemically with the gas stream and system conditions. Selection of the correct bag material incorporates these factors:
Particle size
Operating temperature of the bag house
Compatibility with gas stream chemistry, including:
Moisture levels
Acidity or alkalinity
Electrostatic nature of the particles
Abrasiveness of the particles
Air-to-cloth ratio
Fabric’s resistance to cleaning energy
Fabric’s permeability to allow air to pass
Fabric’s flexibility to allow rippling or stretching

Our brand of polyester filter bags are constructed using 100% synthetic fibers. The proper combination of fiber diameters, weights and thicknesses result in an economical depth filter media. To reduce fiber migration, Polypropylene bags are treated with a glazed finish, while Polyester and Nomex bags are singed.

pure zinc wires are produced with ultra-pure electrolytic zinc. They are suitable for flame and electric arc metal spraying. Their purity corresponds to 2.1 – Zn 99.99% wires for thermal spraying, as per the EN ISO 14919 standard.
